One of the requirements of all US trade associations that are granted tax-exempt status by the government (under US Tax Code Section 501 (c)(6) is that the association file an annual report of its finances, organization and activities.

This annual report is filed on IRS Form 990, and is a public document that an association must produce upon request.  Because USIIA is an open association with a commitment to the highest levels of communication and integrity, we elect to keep these forms (for the past five years) on our web site.  Please note that these are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
